| Beauty Supply VS Topshop...So a couple months ago I went to Topshop in Chicago and found these garter tights as seen on Rihanna and I just had to have them(on right) for $25..So today at the beauty supply I found some very simliar for $6.99...so I had to grab em...I love the details |
