Beauty Supply VS Topshop...So a couple months ago I went to Topshop in Chicago and found these garter tights as seen on Rihanna and I just had to have them(on right) for $25..So today at the beauty supply I found some very simliar for $6.99...so I had to grab em...I love the details

Those earring can be purhased at your local beauty supply store for $1.00 and the crystals and E6000 glue can be purchased at your local craft store, like Micheals for like $5.97. You can do these in an array of colors, I love customizing pieces, it always set you apart!!! Go get creative!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
